Connecting Deltas is an Urban Learning Lab on water solutions. Initiated by artists Abdalla Daif and Sven Meijers, consultants and social innovation facilitators Daria Ofman and Lot Vegter and prof. Diego Sepulveda from Delft University. Supported by funding from the Creative Industry Fund NL in 2018 Connecting Deltas was launched. 

In the lab local adaptive and resilient communities are created. Leading to community-based models, interventions and solutions for living with water, taking the entire water cycle into consideration.

It connects Dutch and Egyptian water experts, social designers, facilitators, makers, artists, engineers, researchers and local community owners. By this a shared understanding of the threats of water in the Egyptian Delta is designed.
